How does it work?
A machine learning algorithm determines what role and level are most appropriate for a specific employee. In order to do so, existing data from known mappings is taken into account. Each time the mapping is changed, our algorithm becomes more intelligent, allowing you to concentrate on your work.
Can I change what the ML algorithm chooses?
