Your HRIS is connected to Compete? Great!
Compete syncs with your HRIS once a day.
You will now be notified when you have pending updates from your HRIS to either fill in, change or approve your data in the Compete edit table.

You need to review all employees with 'Review Tasks' status to turn on the 'save' button in the top right corner.
By scrolling to the right in the edit data (draft) table, you can find the fields you need to fill in, approve or change.
After all tasks for all employees with 'Review tasks' status have been reviewed, the 'save' button in the top right corner will turn on. By clicking it, the updates will be saved and reflected on the People page.
If you made a recent change to one of your employees in your HRIS or a new employee was added, expect to see the change within 24 hours. Via people page you can find out when was the last sync.
