Unable to log in to Compete?

Check out this guide for instructions on how to regain access to our platform.

If you log in to Compete for the first time, please refer to this article.

  1. Verify you log in to Compete via this URL: https://app.competewith.com/

  2. If your organization has more than 1 user, check with your colleagues if they are able to log in.

  3. If an admin user in your organization can log in, ask them to make sure that there is an existing user with your email address (via Settings > User management & permissions). If not, they can add one for you by following our How to add team members to your account article.

  4. Make sure you are using your Company email address and that you typed it correctly.

  5. Make sure your IT department does not block Compete on your network.

  6. Try logging in via incognito mode.

  7. If you are still unable to log in, contact [email protected] and share a screenshot of the error message you received. Our wonderful Support team would love to assist!
