Gender Gap Insights allows you to get a clearer, more detailed view of gender pay disparities within your organization. Helping you identify and address potential inequalities.

The Gender Gap Insights can be found on the Home page and includes 3 components:

Average Salary Gender Gap by Role
Provides an analysis of the average salary gaps between males and females by role.
Each Insight can be explored further by clicking 'explore further'.

By Exploring further, you can find valuable information such as:

  • List of roles within your company, highlighting the pay gaps with indicators showing whether the gap favors men or women.

  • Distribution of pay between genders per role.

  • Breakdown of the pay gap to levels within the role.

  • 'Share on LinkedIn' option becomes available when the pay gap for a role is 5% or less, promoting transparency and showcasing the organization’s commitment to gender pay equity. It allows sharing a predefined message highlighting the company's achievements in reducing the pay gap.

Gender Pay Gap by Quartiles
Provides insights regarding the gender pay gap by quartiles by analyzing your organization's status:

  • Divides your employees into 4 salary ranges/levels (Quartiles).

  • Compares the distribution between males and females in each quartile in your company.

  • Provides the benchmark for gender distribution per Quartiles.

Quartiles are determined by ranking all employees' salaries from lowest to highest and then splitting them into four equal parts. Each quartile represents a salary range within the overall distribution.

Analyzing the Gender Pay Gap by Quartiles is important because it helps to understand how pay is distributed across different salary levels within an organization. It highlights if one gender is concentrated in lower-paying quartiles and the other in higher-paying ones, indicating potential inequality in pay or advancement opportunities.
