The Salary Components Selector contains a toggle that lets you switch between target and actual values for variable pay (commissions/bonuses).
Target - The commissions & bonuses that will be earned by the employee if their targets are reached (not surpassed).
Actual - Last fiscal year collected commissions & bonuses.
In addition, the new selector allows you to select between:
Base Salary - Compensation, excluding variable pay.
Base + Commissions - Base Salary + Commissions.
Total Cash - Base Salary + Commissions & Bonuses.
